You may cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting our customer support team at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply, which will be detailed in your contract.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services provided by B.S. Express Packers & Movers must be made according to the agreed-upon terms. We accept payments through various methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Full payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

In case of delayed payments, we reserve the right to charge late fees and may suspend or cancel services until the outstanding amount is settled. All fees and charges are non-refundable once the services have been rendered.

5. Insurance

We offer basic liability coverage for your goods during transit. However, this coverage may not be sufficient for all types of items. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value items, fragile goods, or any items that may require special handling. The cost of such insurance will be provided upon request.

Any damage or loss of goods during transportation must be reported immediately to our customer service team. Claims for damage will be processed based on the terms outlined in your insurance policy.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are properly packed and ready for transport. Our team can provide packing services if requested. You must also ensure that the delivery destination is accessible and free from obstacles that could delay the move.

You must provide accurate details about any goods being transported, especially if they require special handling, such as fragile items, large furniture, or perishable goods. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, flammable items, perishable goods, or illegal substances. A list of prohibited items is available upon request. We reserve the right to refuse transport of any item that violates these terms or any applicable laws.

8. Liability and Limitations

If you are not available at the agreed-upon delivery time, we may charge additional fees for rescheduling or re-delivery, as outlined in your contract.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the service being provided. We will make every effort to resolve your complaint promptly.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, we may engage in mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods before taking any legal action.
